There are apps that can help to monitor and manage your PD symptoms. Here are a list of some of our favorites:
APDA Symptom Tracker App: This helps to track your motor and non-motor symptoms of PD. It can create a graph of your information and can track your symptoms over time. This can be helpful to share with your care team.

Insight Timer, Calm, and Headspace: These are all great meditation apps that you can use anywhere.
